Arms have changed so tattoos from pes18 are NOT compatible, obviously I will not repaint every tattoo..

I was working on a new way to texture arms - didnt work that well for 18 but for new arms it does --> allows me to paint much faster

Here are the plain arm textures + blendermodel - thanks to @shawminator for the textures
